pickSaving Meghan was billed as a thriller in its marketing. I suppose it was to an extent but I didn‘t view it that way. It was a good book about a dysfunctional family. I will say that the ending was kind of a surprise although some would probably say it was obvious.
I thought it would be good to have a suspense/ thriller theme for the October Buddy Read. What do you think about these? @megnews

pickI read this in one day, it was that good! I spent almost the whole book angry at just about every character for their incompetencies or denial, and the mother really started to get on my nerves--all in a good way! A must-read!

pickBig thanks to St. Martin‘s Press for this advanced copy of Saving Meghan. I really enjoyed this book. It was super suspenseful and maybe because I have been watch The Act on Hulu, it really got my attention right away. This is a book with a lot of twists about a girl who is sick but no one can find a diagnosis for her to fit. It leads doctors to begin to question if the sickness is being caused by someone which is only the start of the story.
pickStarted this one yesterday and just finished I stayed up way too late but it‘s one of those I need to know what happens next book.. and it definitely kept me guessing.. pickI received an ARC of Saving Meghan in exchange for an honest review. I love how this book is written, bouncing from one person‘s viewpoint to another with a fluidity that presents a very clear, linear plot. The characters are well developed and realistic, and it‘s fun to hear each main character‘s voice within the pages. Highly recommend.

I found the book a quick read and entertaining. I did find it to be a bit predictable. It did keep me reading because I had to know the how. I will say Becky drove me nuts primarily because I felt like she overreacted at very inconvenient times. I‘d give it 3.25-3.5/5🌟. #SavingMeghan #TeamMeghan
