Another pristine Folio Society book found at a local used bookstore! I have been so enchanted by all the recent retelling a from Greek myths. I saw this last weekend but skipped over it. I told myself that if it was still there after a week, then I should absolutely get it. Luck was on my side today.

CJEskriett I've been slowly dipping into it and haven't read it before but speaking as a 45 year old, I think I am getting more from it now than I would have done as a teenager. Enjoying the craziness of some parts, annoyed by the misogyny of others. 6y

My birthday is coming up so I'm going to see if I can shake a few pennies out of my Dad to buy the African Folktales and the Native American Folktales. 7y
