My dad had cancer 3 years ago, did radiation & was in remission. He recently got diagnosed with stage 4 cancer & had his first chemo a few weeks ago, he‘s determined to fight. He finally took the plunge & shaved his head this past weekend. He always had the most beautiful hair. It‘s jarring but he‘s rocking the buzz cut.

Hey Litsy friends. I'm participating in a cancer walk this October with my job and we are trying to raise some money! This money will go not only to research but to the everyday needs of the warrior who is fighting ( rides to treatment, things that make the fight easier, ect.) The main reason I haven't posted here for a while is I've been in San Antonio visiting with my brother's family. His 3yo son Hank was just diagnosed with Neuroblastoma. He began his first round of chemo and his nurses made this book for him, which he explained to me how the Meds are like ninjas and they are going beat the cancer "Hiya!" Its was hard to leave today when he asked me to stay.
