Are you trying to run a company or lead a movement? Don't just motive but inspire those around you to maintain the power of your vision.
Never forget the power of additional perspectives and that every movement is personal and inherintantly involves emotion.
As I always loved to know more about Apple.Inc and it talks much more times about it. The knowledge it has is worth to thousands and the story of runner was the moment I got goosebumps with that thought there and this made me so much energetic and influenced......😊 #startwithwhy #quotes
I finally finished this one. It's really inspiring. I really like this author. I'll have to check out his other books. 💖📚
A book that uses Dr. Seuss to prove a point? Yes! 👍🌟
Great insight theory on what should be the right approach to your goals and dreams. Would recommend it for literally everybody🙌🏽
There were some nifty nuggets. A fair amount of repetition marred my overall experience; but it definitely gave me some food for thought. I didn‘t care for the author as narrator: he pronounces some words so oddly that it was like nails on a chalkboard.

I...I don't even know where to start with this. What do I need to caution about to that particular segment of the child population? 😂😂😂👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
It‘s Spring Book Club time at the Firm. This selection from the leadership team really gets to the core of doing business. And specifically served to remind me (amid all of the goings on) WHY I get out of the bed every morning. Must read for leaders—informal ones, too! There‘s a 15 minutes TED talk from Simon that is a great introduction to this book. #bookclub #leadership
First encounter with this writer. I was unsure what I was going to get with this (if it was about working or time management), but honestly it was a book that really helps you to speak to why you do everything. I mean it can help you understand the motivations behind your work or help you focus on why you do things in your work life or in your own business. A really deeper through provoking book than I was expecting.
My husband (and business partner) and I listened to this on our way to a conference, and this book gave us more ideas, more productive conversations, and more actionable advice than the conference did.
Last May, I participated in an intensive 4 week program led by Seth Godin called altMBA. It was an amazing learning experience. Today I received a box of these books from Seth and Penguin/Random House. So much goodness here! Can‘t wait to dive in!
Communicate clearly and you shall be understood.
One of the best books I've read all year. People don't care what you're selling. It's why you're selling it.
Simple yet revolutionary concept that had me rethinking everything! Check it out!
What we do shouldn't drive, it's why we do what we do that matters. An easy read that helps you as a leader make the shift in thinking. So many examples of who's doing it right and who needs to reestablish their why.
It's a business book. And it has its share of business book platitudes. And maybe a bit too much focus on some companies that all business books focus on: Apple, Southwest, etc. Yet, as I think about rebranding my company, the wisdom inherent in Start With Why rings true. Why do we do what we do? How do you help potential clients experience the same joys you do? How do you fuel a company with more than sheer energy?
I gave this 5 stars on GoodReads. I loved it. Simon is a great storyteller and the audiobook was fantastic. Check out my full review here: https://youtu.be/Xb0B4hJLVeI
Excited to be starting this book. I'm also happy Simon Sinek is reading it.
