Truly sad and devastating historical family saga about four generations of a Korean family in Japan. The book is fine. I learned new things about the dynamic between Koreans & Japanese, their culture, cuisine, language.

Loved it! Entertaining, swoony, cute and cheesy + Spanish 😻
Can Aaron get any more perfect?
It annoyed me that heroine couldn't sit down and talk things through, but the book is cute and entertaining, although I expected it to be more humorous 😁
And great news! Book #4 Well Traveled is expected this year!!!

More puzzles and clues, confusing family tree, love triangle (?). Although the story dragged, it is quite fun :)
Quite fun mysterious inheritance puzzle, but the romance felt forced. Great story idea, but a tad dull execution.
fun :)
So many ugly secrets! So many liars. Twisty plot, dysfunctional characters, slowly building tension, short and effective chapters - very entertaining!

Again, engaging, entertaining, quick R. Hawkins story! 👍 Just, I am still not sure how I feel about the ending. It was weird. I'd prefer better explanation 😀
This isn't a revolutionary story - nothing ultra-special happens, but it's cute, delightful, romantic. Just Savannah seems like a doormat... Nevertheless the book is enjoyable well enough.
This book covers a lot: love, lost, grief, separation, family secrets, but the story is very slow, a little cliché and unconvincing. It's an OK book, but just OK.
I just love K. M. McManus books!
This one is also well written YA high school drama with mystery crime, full of secrets and of sinister discoveries. It is an interesting and entertaining read. 😁
And the good news that there will be one more new book by her - Nothing More to Tell! 🤘
Didn't like it...
Her “Silva Rerum“ quadrology was so much MUCH better!
The second book of messes and fiascos, secrets and criminal adventures.
The book is very unrealistic, but entertaining and engaging. It's a great continuation of the story.

Darkly humorous crazy murder comedy - enjoyable, entertaining, breezy read with great characters :) That ENDING!
Mysterious, dark, provocative story. There was so much going on: deceptions and mistrust, scandal and heartbreak, secrets and revenge, twists and turns. Captivating book with creepy last little final twist!
Now I need to read something fluffy 🙂
Enjoyable, intriguing, thoughtful, lovable characters, but very slow 😌
It was not predictable and had twists but characters were unlikable and storytelling was boring. It is readable, but there is too much of physical, emotional, animal, and alcohol abuse. I am not a fan of this dark domestic drama...

Nasty and boring story. I didn't like this domestic thriller about such a diabolical couple.
Just, books about mental sociopaths don't work for me 😒
🎬 watched TV series The Woman in the House Across the Street from the Girl in the Window - pretty good show that keeps You guessing, with lots of twists and turns and unreliable narrators.
When the ending came - I was shocked 😱
I didn't like this romantic dystopia. The author tries too hard to be clever and poetic...
There is so little plot. The crossed out sentences and repetition were unusual, unique but annoying, especially because it does not seem possible! How can she run away and cross-out? Juliette's “power“ is never fully explained...
Nevertheless, I didn't hate it - I might read the next book :)
Really great MG story: imaginative, captivating and entertaining + awesome cover and illustrations!
It's was OK, although it was a weird book: charming story, where everything was made cute. Cute suicide, cute violent sudden death, cute baby abandonment, cute heartlessness, cute infidelity, cute alcoholism... 😕
Also, it is a story of love, loss, and second chances. And love for books, the importance of reading 👏
I didn‘t love it, but I certainly liked it.
Well-written, interesting read about a horrific time in our world history. This book had all those feels. It is a story about how terrible times can bring out the best and the worst in people, about finding hope and light in the darkest hours.

Enjoyable rom-com: funny and feel-good, pretty predictable, but cute. Nice and entertaining christmasy story :)
Enjoyable and fast read: compelling and well written 🙂 So many secrets!
A feel good story, likable characters, not memorable enough or very a stand-out, but quite cute holiday read :)
Although, the dialogues were dull and the circumstances these characters found themselves in were unrealistic, and there are more questions raised in this book than were answered - I really liked this one - engaging story. Also, it was nice to catch up again with the six D‘Aplièse sisters. Can‘t wait for the final book!
It was OK book about nothing 🙂 Like a Hallmark holiday movie - predictable and full of good cheer 😊

Enjoyable writings, distinct modern characters and funny dialogues, but Emmy gives so much power to the idiot Gareth... Nevertheless, nice and vivid story of witchcraft. Delightful autumnal read!
I haven't read the fantasy books of Polish author Andrzej Sapkowski, nor have I tried video game, but tv series are oddly enjoyable action-fantasy adaptation: great action scenes, interesting plot and sexy Witcher! 😁 worth a watch - interested in season 2
I've always admired Moriarty's writing. Her newest book is perfect! The characters are dynamic, relationships - complicated, a lifetime of various experiences well written. It is an excellently tangled family saga!
🎥 I haven't read the books, so I believe I missed a lot, but nevertheless the new film adaptation of the book is incredible with plenty of fights, explosions and hardware as well as stillness. The movie ends before everything wraps, so I'll be waiting for the sequel 🎬

🎬 Watching the adaptation of Karen McManus' YA murder mystery - combining elements from the book while adding new things to the plot these TV series looks promising 🙂
Sadly, I ended up disliking this book: the story seemed incomplete and entirely predictable and forgettable, boring characters... It just did not work for me.
Gripping, tricky and well written That ending 😆
It's a book worth reading 📖
Predictable, unbelievable, the writing fell somewhat flat for me.
🎥 I've watched a few episodes of this book adaptation - moderately creepy, intense, adventurous and enjoyable 🎬
Light and fun, cute and entertaining. Perfect for the season :)
Perfectly enjoyable and keeps you curious enough to want to know what happens next (because tv series are not exactly according to the book.

The writing, the nerdy characters, the banter and chemistry - I really liked. Sweet, smart and funny. Great academic romcom!
