Very enjoyable read. I had a lot of fun picking out the fictionalized Hamilton landmarks. 4/5 #specfic #julyreads #canadianauthor

Let‘s talk about the books we read in July! You can check out my wrap up for last month here: https://youtu.be/DqWewE3p9Qg

EadieB @Butterflyamore Another interesting video. I know what you mean about The Chain. His wrap-up at the end seemed as though it didn't really fit the story. I was listening to the audio so it didn't bother me as much as if I was reading. I was also so engrossed with what the narrator was saying but looking back, I can see why you felt the way you did. I just got The Escape Room from the library and I'm really looking forward to reading it. 3mo
EadieB @Butterflyamore I am also anxious to read The Family Upstairs as I have read Lisa Jewell before and her books are always 5 stars reads for me. Just wanted to let you know that your video cut off at the end but I think you were just about to wrap things up. In August, I am looking forward to some of my NetGalley reads: Recursion, What Rose Forgot by Nevada Bar, The Yorkshire Ripper and Ted Bundy's Mudrerous Mysteries. Thanks for tagging me. 3mo
Butterflyamore @EadieB The video has an error at the end but it doesn‘t cut off. I watched the whole thing and it does play all the way through. Maybe when the error cut off happened, you thought it had cut off completely. It does continue. My husband edits the videos and I am not sure what went wrong here but I‘ll see if he is able to fix it tonight. It sounds like you have some good NetGalley reads ahead of you! 3mo

July was my most productive reading month so far this year! Twenty completed, including four 5⭐️ reads: Hamilton, Fall and Rise: The Story of 9/11, Raven, and Me Talk Pretty One Day (reread).

🏆 Hamilton and Fall and Rise will no doubt be in my top reads of 2019!

britt_brooke @Megabooks It‘s such a difficult read. I listened often through tears. Just so horrible. It was after I finished it that I revisited my favorite Sedaris. Needed a major pick me up. 3mo

#julywrapup most books I‘ve read in one month in years! It was a rough month personally and reading my Litsy TBR powered me through. I loved “Sisters Brothers” & tagged book best. Circled are audiobooks (top) and graphic novels (bottom). #julyreads

jillrhudy I always leave one out when I do these collages! Lillian Boxfish is left out!

So this is the books that I read in July. I will not say is a bad number. Maybe my spreadsheet looks archaic, but I love it. Is incredible the amount of pivot tables and graphics that I do from it. Oh yes I am a geek... And a very proud one.
PS: I try 4 times to update a decent screenshot of my Excel table, but did not work, so here is the list of books...

July was just an okay reading month for me. I was busy with lots of other things, which happens sometimes. But my reading picked up at the end of the month, which I hope will continue into August.

Had a little extra free time this month. Nine books ain't bad for me 😁

Favorite: Gods of Jade and Shadow
Other favorite: the whole Broken Earth trilogy, though I kind of wish I'd re-read the first one before jumping into the rest.

Daisey Looks like a fantastic month of reading! 3mo
StillLookingForCarmenSanDiego You had a fantastic month! I live NK Jemisin. 💕📚💕 3mo
