Caffeinated_Reader Sometimes. When I do I listen to Crywolf his voice is so beautiful & the music isn‘t overwhelming if I put it on low. 5y

needleminding I don't usually put music on but I don't mind if it's on as long as it's not abrasive or loud. 5y

Adventures-of-a-French-Reader The only time I do this is because I can hear the sound of TV in the next room, and it bothers me... So I put a playlist of classical music on YouTube ;) Weirdly enough, I manage to read in noisy public places (as long as the book isn't a philosophical essay). 5y

rockpools Once upon a time, many years ago, I was a teensy bit unemployed. One Tuesday, I headed off down the job centre to sign on as normal, and there was this queue of people going out the door and right round the block. Which I quietly ignored (as you do), and walked on in. As the guy was processing my paperwork, he said 'You didn't fancy being an extra then?' It was S&S. Me then: 😰😱🏃🏻‍♀️Me now: 😍 🙁#regrets 6y
