Look what I got for my soon to be niece
This book is amazing but I feel like it requires a ton of my focus and when you have a 1 year old running around you all day, it‘s hard to find the time to truly sit and focus in. I‘m still going to keep working on it and the rest of the series following it, but gotta knock some more books off my list along the way.
Caught up on the 6th episode and i'm glad that it is finally over. I don't think i could take any more episodes.
I have to say @Erofan you're prediction was totally correct 🙌
Anyone catch Pawn Stars last night?
Rick bought a limited edition, illustrated, signed, and numbered hardcover copy of Game of Thrones (published in 2000, I think - anyone have one?) and 'pawntificated' on how the series is based on The War of the Roses. 🌹
Made a display at work to celebrate the end of Game of Thrones - no matter your feelings on the finale (mine are mixed for sure) we can all agree it‘s nice to pick out something to watch/read next on Sunday nights right?
I love this! One of the best parts of the finale. I would have loved to have seen more of Ghost on the series.

I don‘t know what to say...
I do feel the need to read the books. Haven‘t started any yet.
Did it end the way it should have??
Trying to pretend like none of it happened.
I am sticking with the ending I wanted.
Anyone else not ready for the finale tonight?!!
Who is ready? I am not!
But I am ready to discuss all things season 8, up to and including tonight‘s final episode! ⚔️ 🐺 🐉 🦁 🦌
I‘m setting up a discussion post right after I post this one, behind a spoiler tag. Join me there if you want to talk GOT!! #got
Who‘s ready?!?! Any predictions?! I don‘t want it to end!!!! 😭😭😭
You know GoT is huge when they have continuing education scheduled around it!
I know nothing about GoT 😱😱, but I could always learn more about Lyme disease. (That‘s what Borellia is.) 👩🏻⚕️
Tonight marks the end of an era. It is bittersweet for me because I‘m not quite ready for the end of a series I have loved and cried over for almost 10 years. It is also hard to accept the final chapter when the story is still not complete in novel form. With little hope that the last two books will ever be published, this will be a hard goodbye.

There've been mixed reactions to the latest season of GoT, but I've liked pretty much every episode so far. Can't imagine the pressure the creative team must be under to wrap arcs and storylines in the reduced episode count. Uncle Stevie said it best.

Oh Arya. Sweet, scary Arya... If only you knew what would wait for you when you go to Winterfell again.
In my desire to retain the respect of my grown son, In August 2018 I watched all 7 Seasons of Game of Thrones. Now I am one with the rest of the world anxiously awaiting the finale.
As a bonus in September 2018, I found this mint condition graphic novel for $1 - just out there in the wild knowing that winter is coming - I had to save it.
Week3 of #MayMadness with #GraphicNovels #GOT.

Okay Litsy community I need some advice. I‘ve never read or watched any GOT. I know, how is this possible??? My husband and I need a new series to binge and he‘s already read the GOT books. Should we go for it or do you recommend I read the books first (since they are always better!!)??? I can always read them after??? Thoughts??
Fun for us, our kids‘ school mascot is a dragon so people sport these cool shirts around town.
Expensive editions are coming!
Just finished reading “A Game Of Thrones” The first Book in the series “A Song of Ice and Fire” and I loved it even though it was note for note the same as the first season so had to remind myself the book came before the series! Took me 3 weeks which I thinks good for a 780 page book just can‘t wait to crack on with the next one “A Clash Of Kings”. Would highly recommend for both those who have watched the series or not.

My sentiments regarding the fifth episode 😐
I think most of us feel like this! 😠😂 Am I right? @kylienoele
I figured, with the last episode fast approaching, it was a great time for a reread, and a good time to start annotating books. Who else annotates books, and has any tips to share?
My reaction and recap post for the penultimate episode of #GameOfThrones is up. I have very mixed feelings. Full spoilers at the link. https://everydayshouldbetuesday.wordpress.com/2019/05/12/game-of-thrones-recap-s...
