I'm trying to record more life things -

My friend Eva started a taco truck and it has taken *off*. I helped her with her IG and FB pages, then did a basic menu for her. Her tacos de carnitas are amazing and this salsa is divine, not too spicy.

There's also a new owner at the Menno/Mexican store in town and she's bringing in all manner of deliciousness like Jarritos, masa harina and corn leaves, Tia Larin bars.... 🤤

1) I haven't checked yet, but I will probably sign up this summer.
2) I look at certain bookish Twitter accounts frequently: kirkus, bookshelf credibility, Stephen King.
3) An extra day for reading!
4) I love tacos all year, but especially in the summer. I made my citrus lemon lime chicken tacos just last weekend. With margaritas 😋
