I'm trying to record more life things -

My friend Eva started a taco truck and it has taken *off*. I helped her with her IG and FB pages, then did a basic menu for her. Her tacos de carnitas are amazing and this salsa is divine, not too spicy.

There's also a new owner at the Menno/Mexican store in town and she's bringing in all manner of deliciousness like Jarritos, masa harina and corn leaves, Tia Larin bars.... 🤤

jessjess Despite all this delicious food - my SIL keeps trying me to test her mini cheesecakes - I'm still getting out and walking. My Fitbit died when I fell, so I don't have a step count, but I can report an energy increase, a lift in mood, and a decrease in lbs which are all making me feel pretty happy. 2y

Day 6 of #litsysummercamp and who doesn‘t love cooking all the goodies outside over the fire. When we go camping one of the things we all love and is fun is Tacos in a Bag!

DinoMom @ImperfectCJ yup, Doritos are the best for it. Cut open the bag, add your toppings. I add warm topping first and and let them melt a little be holding over fire or stove top and then add you veggies. 3y

Who would have guessed? Dragons Love Parties…. Dragons Love Tacos…Dragons Hate Spicy Salsa! Unfortunately, an oversight resulted in spicy salsa being given to the dragons and the building being burnt down! Young ones will love the silly nature and cute drawings of the dragons.
