I‘ve been in the mood for thrillers lately. Just started this one last night. Have you read any good thrillers lately? I‘d love some recommendations. 📚

CaitMobley This one is sitting on my shelf. Can't wait to hear your thoughts on it! 6y

This one wasn‘t for me. I understand why it‘s gotten a lot of praise and I appreciate the overall approach and themes but I didn‘t actually enjoy listening to it.

MaleficentBookDragon I bailed early on. I may try again if the mood strikes. 6y

I checked this out from the library and then promptly forgot about it. Fingers crossed that I can squeeze it in before it‘s due. Do you try to knock library books out quickly before they‘re due or just accept that you‘ll have to get back on the holds list?

danibolahood I've just recently rediscovered the joys of the library but I try and read everything before it goes back. It's worked so far... but I keep bringing home more and more so I'm not sure how long that will last. 6y
drinkteareadbooks @danibolahood Yes, sometimes there are too many tempting books and you can‘t leave any behind! But I guess it never hurts to have options even if you can‘t get to everything. I recently moved and my new library only lends books for 2 weeks and that has made things a bit more difficult (my old library was 3 weeks). 6y
danibolahood Oh my - two weeks? That's a lot of pressure but at least you always know you can find them again 😊 6y

The back-to-school mentality that comes with the arrival of fall always feels like an opportunity to start fresh, improve my understanding of myself, and increase my productivity. So Anne Bogel's new book on personality frameworks arrived at the perfect time and I'm excited to dive in and hopefully learn something new about myself.
