Summer Sisters is a story about two friends who grow up together and the bond they form through their summers together at Martha‘s Vineyard. It follows their journey through life, love and friendship from middle school through adulthood.

I was hoping for a nostalgic beach read, but I found the story to be very simple and many of the characters were underdeveloped.

Hay August everyone! These were my July reads and I enjoyed them all for different reasons. I finished Royal Holiday the most recently and it lived up to my expectations. Another sweet happy story of finding love when you least expect it. I need to mix more of these kinds of stories into my reading for my own mental stability these days. What books help you the most?

Sometimes you read a book at just the right time and it speaks to you.
