#Weekly Forecast
My goal this week is to get deeper into the Orphan's Tales and maybe start Immortality Thief as well as it's my book club pick for the month.

Will likely finish both buddy reads today. Messy Lives I just want to be done and anxious to finish Lamya‘s memoir.

The Starless Sea is another book I‘ve waited forever to read but it‘s starting out good. Search is next up on audio. Thalia is for #192025 and still enjoying the Jane books.

Cinfhen I really enjoyed Search!! I think you will too!! And even though I‘m not big on fantasy, I enjoyed this one on audio 8mo

It‘s been a bit since I posted one of these so just picking up with last week‘s reads. Peel My Love Like An Onion, Blubber, The Missing Page, and Strange Love are all picks. The Lake House was okay, I guess.

SMM is so good so far and I‘m continuing my reread of the Rizzoli & Isles series I started a while ago.

I‘m not sure what‘s next except for an #aam pick, Cat Dreams.

Cinfhen Great photo 😁 10mo
Bookzombie @Cinfhen Thanks! It‘s another one from my zoo visit in April. 🙂 10mo
Reggie Peel My Love like an Onion is top ten book of my life for me. I read it while being jerked around by a guy and it just put some things into perspective. And I love when poets write books and you can totally tell she‘s a poet. 10mo

Reggie Also when kids found out my real name was Regino they could never pronounce it and said Rhino. Lol. Love the pic. 10mo
Bookzombie @Reggie I loved it! Yes, you can tell she is a poet. I feel like if I ever get around to writing reviews that they are all going to say something like “I would like to think Reggie for recommending or sending me this book.” I finished Sister, Maiden, Monster today and I loved it too! 10mo
Bookzombie @Reggie Thanks! Although I don‘t think your name is hard to pronounce. I guess maybe as a kid I wouldn‘t have known right off, but if you told me I don‘t get why it would be hard to pronounce. Maybe I forget what it‘s like to be a kid. 10mo
Reggie Ok so Sister Maiden Monster- the part where she was licking the brain jelly while the girl was sucking her blood from her arm. I thought it was very romantic. Lol I feel like after reading that book I realized I have crossed over into a world where things maybe don‘t faze me like they should. 10mo
Bookzombie @Reggie Lol. I actually thought it was romantic too! Initially when Betty goes to the doctor for the surgery I had a moment of “Wait, what the fuck is happening?” Then I was like wow what a thing to do for someone. I sort of like how they still couldn‘t keep their claws off of each other as Archivists in the third part of the book. I guess I still get fazed but it sure seems to take a lot. Lol 10mo

Pretty good reading week. Finished the last three Earthsea installments in my omnibus so I got to cross it off my bookspin backlist. Also got about half way through Dirk Gently.

#Weekly Forecast
Goal this week is to finish both Dirk Gently and Anansi Boys and try to keep up with my 155 page a day schedule.

I only managed to finish one book this week but it was my #CalibreRoulette pick so I'm officially done with all my RNG reads for the month even if it was kind of last minute.

#Weekly Forecast
I decided to just go ahead and finish out the trilogy because I'm so behind on finishing what I've started. After that I'll head into whatever Book Spin picks for me.

My #Weekly/MonthlyForecast. May is filled with buddy reads and challenge prompts plus #BookspinBingo. The Librarian of Auschwitz is my next audio book for #Booked2021 when I finish Parable of the Sower. I will read one of the Woodsons today saving the other for later in the month and then who knows. I think I have a great reading month ahead. Wishing you all a fantastic reading month! 📚💜📚

Both of my current reads fit prompts for #Booked2021 and are on my #BookspinBingo card. I‘m really enjoying A Duty to the Dead, but Written in the Stars is just okay so far.

I‘m looking forward to my upcoming reads.

Cinfhen Can‘t wait to hear your thoughts on this book - it made my top 10 of 2020 3y
Cinfhen Which prompts are your current reads for?? 3y
Bookzombie @Cinfhen Written in the Stars fits #6 Author‘s first name starts with A, B, or C. I didn‘t realize that until I put up my forecast, lol. A Duty to the Dead fits #4 Doctor or nurse MC. Tender is the Flesh fits #8 Translated into your first language. My hold for Capturing the Devil hasn‘t come in yet so I started Pies and Prejudice for #3 Baked Goods on the cover. 3y

#bookreport Finished 4 books. The Zookeeper‘s Wife had interesting information but felt like there was a lot of unnecessary filler. Has anyone seen the movie? Is it worth watching? The other 3 were all enjoyable reads. #Weekly/MonthlyForecast Looking forward to reading Northanger Abbey with the #PemberLittens a chapter a day this month and working on #LitsyAtoZ with 11 books to go. Need to finish Collected Schizophrenia‘s, hopefully today.

Cinfhen I thought the movie was pretty good but I bailed on the book 🙈 3y
