My latest buddy read was this beauty! A great blend of sci-fi and fantasy, a slow-burn romance (always the best!), with deceptions, plots and secrets! 💛 And just look at that gorgeous Fairyloot cover! 😍

This one was a very fast listen. Kept me interested but I can‘t say it was mind blowing. It changed pace quickly toward the end and had me thinking “did she really just say that?” a few times. Overall I rated it 4 stars. #audible #audiobook #mystery #booknerd #4stars

Book 3 of 2019

Never Let Go was so action-packed with a great mystery! I never wanted to stop reading.

Well, I really want to punch a character in the face. If you read the book, then you know who I‘m talking about. Anyway, I loved being back in the land of Faerie and seeing the consequences of The Cruel Prince. This book was great, but I feel like it didn‘t have the shock value that The Cruel Prince had, nonetheless this book was amazing and I can‘t wait for book three next year!

I loved how it was a then and now story with different point of views peppered throughout the story. The writing was well done and I felt that the characters were developed well. I knocked a star off because I guessed what happened mid way.

Always loved reading books that had a fairy tale element. However, I was first unsure about this one when the first few pages were giving me "the village" vibes. Glad I stuck it out. I ended up really liking it. A book worth buying and keeping on shelf. #4stars #scribd

I‘m not a massive contemporary lover but I seriously love this book. The first 100 pages or so were quite slow for me and I was thinking about giving up but I am so so glad I didn‘t. Once I hit that 100 page mark I couldn‘t put this down. A fantastic message behind a hilarious, flawed and unapologetic protagonist. Highly recommend. #YA #Contemporary #feminist #4Stars

A short workbook of prompts for writers. The author offers her own short, witty responses. Full disclosure: she is an affable & charismatic writer friend of mine. #4stars #writingbooks #postingmypictoTwitter

SomedayAlmost Litsy is not letting me post pictures, ☹️, so I will be cross posting reviews that merit pics to my Twitter feed @PFwriteright. 1y
Suzze No pics here either. Every day it‘s something. 😢 But they‘re responsive, so hopefully it won‘t last long. 1y

A great sequel to Moonlight Sins. I really enjoyed this one. Romantic suspense is not my fave genre in any way, shape or form but it was very enjoyable. I‘m looking forward to book 3. #romanticsuspense #4Stars #JLA

Finished this good, layered psychological mystery written from multiple points of view while performing my domestic diva duties. Kate, the tenacious reporter, is the strongest voice. Emma's haunting chapters digress a bit in the middle, but it's got a good twist at the end. Actresses performing the audiobook are excellent. #4stars #solidmystery #audiobook #laundrydiva
