TheDaysGoBy @hermyknee A coworker and I were in agreement this movie always made us bawl - and we wondered why we tortured ourselves as kids watching it when we knew it was gonna happen 😂 To this day that movie still makes me cry like no other 5y

Found this really cheap a few years back. Upon further inspection found that it was a first edition 1967, before the movie was even thought of. Great shape hardback. This is our Lucy, probably a a dachshund-pit mix. #dogsoflitsy #firstedition

And we've hit this traumatizing movie from my childhood. 😭😭😭

Riveted_Reader_Melissa I never realized until this list how cruel Disney was to me as a child, lots of crying. Seriously, horror & traumatizing stories for children! 7y

LauraBrook This one devastated me when I was a kid! I still can't think about it without hearing that gunshot and the bear. (I had the book and 45 too, so that didn't help much). I tried watching the 2nd one they did (in the 90s?) and couldn't. 😭 7y
