My last book of 2021 was a nice, feel good holiday read.
My first book of 2022 is the 2nd in series mystery.

Three sisters receive a letter from her aunt, who they haven‘t seen for years due to what happened between their mother and this aunt. No one knows what happened. Aunt Sassy said that she wanted to spend her last Christmas with them. This is about family drama, family secrets, love second chances. Predictable, simple with happy ending. Perfect for my holiday hallmark mood🎄☺️3⭐️

A sweet story. Predictable but I still enjoyed it. Very quick easy read to escape with.

Just finished this story of three sisters who spend the holiday season reconnecting at their Aunt Sassy‘s Inn. There was decoration and renovation to the Inn and to an old camper-both things I LOVE in books. I thought it started a little slow but as the book neared the last third, I was super invested. By the end I wanted to know more and more about these characters. I hope there is a direct sequel in the works!

#Two4Tuesday @TheSpineView

1. I'll be audiobooking while I cook. We (just me, the husband and our 3 kids, which is our normal Thanksgiving) do Thanksgiving for lunch around 1pm. After that, I'll probably dive into a print book.

2. Day after Thanksgiving. My husband seems to think the earth would stop spinning if we put our tree up any earlier. Of course, having it up past Easter hasn't caused any major catastrophe so far. 🤷‍♀️

I fell hard into this book over the weekend. It gives me all the holiday feels. Snow, Christmas, family. I needed a book like this right now and it delivered. #contemporary #romance #holidays
