Onto the Chamber of Secrets!
One small hand closed on the letter beside him and he slept on, not knowing he was special, not knowing he was famous... He couldn‘t know that at this very moment, people meeting in secret all over the country were holding up their glasses and saying in hushed voices: “To Harry Potter — the boy who lived!”
Okay guys, Miracle Creek definitely lived up to all of the hype!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️/5!
Re-reading the Harry Potter series! ✨
Last night I finished My Neighbor Totoro and the story was super cute. I‘m a big Studio Ghibli fan! Even though I love a lot of the other movies, Totoro has always been my favorite. This story is heart warming and magical, and I loved Satsuki and Mei‘s adventures in their new house and with Totoro. The illustrations are beautiful and I also enjoyed the extra backstory Tsugiko Kubo added, it made it so much more wholesome! 5/5 ⭐️ for me!
What‘s the last book you read that you weren‘t expecting to love, but ended up being one of your favorites?
I finished The Overdue Life of Amy Byler this morning and I absolutely loved it. This book was funny and quirky and everything I didn‘t know I needed. The story was relatable and I loved all of the characters and Amy‘s experiences in New York. If you haven‘t read this— please do and tell me what you think! 📖
I absolutely love books that have maps to use as reference throughout the story. It‘s super neat when they‘re large and semi complex with legends— but I also love this simplistic and colorful, smaller scale map 🌎
Starting Dear Lily by Drew Davies 📖✨
