Thank you so much @teebe I received your letter and parcel last week but have only just had the time to take the picture! Been dog sitting and rushing about like a mad woman all week 😏 Thank you so much again and I will be posting out to you next week as I have some goodie shopping to do!! 😊

teebe I sent a letter but the parcel isn't from me. 7y
Bookish_Predator Omg! You're right, it's from @quirkyreader !! I knew I should've had a nap earlier!! I got your letter @teebe and will be sending mine back to you in the week, going to my brothers girlfriends house for a couple of days. I feel really stupid now 😞 7y

Im 14% through this and am loving him more than I did before, I've seen him in a few things and have been drawn to him and never knew why, I think I'm finally understanding why. I will be doing a review when I've finished devouring this book, it will go way before all the other books I need to review, the ones I've read and put off reviewing but this is something I'm savouring, it's just that good. ❤️❤️❤️

Started reading this earlier and am really enjoying it so far, more than I thought I would actually but decided to put it down to watch season 8 of Archer (I'm so much in love with that show!!) and thought I'd watch Freddy vs Jason just because it's funny! Will get back to the book tomorrow after I've watched some ridiculous movie deaths 💀

BekahB I haven't heard of Be My Killer or The Human Wilderness. I just added them to my Goodreads TBR! 7y
Bookish_Predator @BekahB they're both available on @netgalley if you're on there, I think The Human Wilderness is a read now one but Be My Killer is a request one 😊 7y

Finished this today, I've written 8 pages of notes for a review and all I can say is that it's such a good story! I've enjoyed this so much more than I thought I would and it's taken me out of the long, ridiculous slump that I've been in recently. I now want to read rather than watch random stuff on Sky. Day 17 #somethingforsept is #womenwriters these are the ones I could find, I really need to organise all my books properly! 😏

bmsddk Great collection, a nice blend of old and new :) Is Emma your favourite Jane Austen book? 8y
Bookish_Predator I'm ashamed to say I have yet to read any Jane Austen books 😔 I also have Pride and Prejudice and Sense and Sensibility in those same editions. Which one of those do you recommend I start with? 8y
bmsddk There are so many good books, it is wonderfully impossible to get them all read ☺ I personally suggest Pride and Prejudice first. If you really enjoy it, then Sense and Sensibility, then Emma. If it is so-so, then Emma before Sense and Sensibility. I noticed you tagged Circle of Footprints -- what do you think of adding that one to a to-read list? 8y
Bookish_Predator They've been sitting on my shelf for years now and I want to read them, other books just call out to be read first 😏 I'll go with your recommendation then and see how I get on ☺️ i will definitely add Circle of Footprints to a to-read list, I do ❤️ me some Carolyn Keene! 8y
