What can I say? I think this book had lots of promise but could have been more interesting had the main character gotten lost in different types of artwork besides just the mazes. The concept is interesting though.

To Kill a Mockingbird: A Graphic Novel | Harper Lee, Fred Fordham

Last book..& I finished the #MayScavengerHunt 🙌🏼💖
I‘m not a fan of graphic novels but this is one exception & it‘s a delight to read & perfect way to revisit this beautiful #Classics by #HarperLee. A story about class & racism and the injustice in society through the eyes of the amazing eight years old girl. This one, just like the original book, I simply have #NoWords except highly recommend anyone to read it!

BooknerdsLife @TheReadingMermaid Thank you for this fun Scavenger game! 🙌🏼💖 It‘s been a lot of fun trying to meet the list while pushing myself to read a little more than just what my mood feels like😆📚📚💖 6mo
BooknerdsLife P.S. Hahaa I know I‘m twisting the meaning of “With No Words” a little bit here🤣 but there are pages in the book with no words indeed! And this book really did leave me #WithNoWords 🙌🏼 6mo
TheReadingMermaid Wooohooo!!!! Congratulations sweetie!!! Shoot me an e-mail to be entered in to win a prize! TamaraTheReadingMermaid@yahoo.com 6mo

BooknerdsLife @PaperbackPirate awww you‘re welcome 🥰💖 Looking forward to hear what you think of this one too🤗I‘ve only read the book once in high school many years ago & loved it then, I was actually quite surprised how much I‘ve enjoyed this. Definitely need to reread the actual book soon tho 😊📚 (edited) 6mo

#wordlessbooks As a pediatric speech language pathologist, I used this book often. It is wordless, and great for toddlers trying to make first sounds, gestures. First words, labeling, stringing words together, answering questions, well you get it. #MayScavengerHunt #MayMadness #NoWords #non-humancharacter. #one more

TheReadingMermaid Aaaaaahhhhh!!!! You're so close girl!!!! 6mo
Samplergal @TheReadingMermaid Haha! I‘m reading one of those number books from James Patterson now. I actually forgot this challenge while off grid in Mexico. 😁😜 6mo
Clwojick Which Women‘s Murder Club boom are you on? The series is so good! 6mo
Samplergal @Clwojick 14. I haven‘t read all of them. I usually pick these up at goodwill. I have read about 7. 🤣 6mo
Clwojick Same! I usually listen to them on Libby when I‘m missing the next one in the series. I just finished 9 earlier in the month 6mo

Good representation of helping the environment, and creating a more green, earthy neighborhood. Also can show kids life changes, and what “obstacles” can be seen at each age shown.

This book has no words- but accurately represents a child growing up in her home. The view is through the window of her house, and the book is kind of like a search and find for the kids to figure out what she‘s interested in, how old she is, etc. She also helps develop her neighborhood and plants trees and gardens in her community.

This is a wordless book but a quote I would use is “As I got older and became a teenager I loved to be outside working on things with my family”

This book has no words but I do not think that it needs any words. i love how the city changes out the window as the girl gets older. This is a good story of the view of a girl as she grows up and has her own family.

published 2004. This book has no words. But I could tell that each page this little girl was a different age. I really enjoyed that it has no words but the pictures tell their own stories! This allows students to make up their own stories with the pictures.
