I started Near the Bone last week, but was consumed by Dracula. I will definitely need to pick up another audiobook as City of Ghosts isn‘t very long. Things We Lost In the Fire is for this week‘s #Screamathon prompt. Hopefully, I can get to others as well. #neverenoughtime
bailedRecord number of Bails this month. I couldn't keep characters straight in Mrs Engels. Fall of Marigolds' scenes of the Triangle Shirtwaist Fire and World Trade Center haunted my dreams. Bob Honey had horrible reviews. Grateful it was free. I lasted about 10 minutes. I rarely Bail, usually I skim and read the last chapter. Perhaps because I had limited reading time in September I wanted to make it count. ⌛

Never Enough Time, by R. T. W. Lipkin, is an interesting read. I stayed up way too late last night finishing it, and I‘m not entirely sure how I feel about it. I enjoyed it for the most part, I think, so I‘ll go with a pick on this one. 3.5 ⭐️
