All 3 books in Tad Williams fantasy trilogy, Memory Sorrow & Thorn, are well over 400 pages each.

I'll tell ya what though...its fan-friggen-tastic! 🤘😍🤘

Triple Play for me! 1 book for 3 challenges!

Boston 1865. Murders inspired by scenes in Dante‘s Inferno.
The windows of the Wide Oaks mansion were draped in heavy black cloth, permitting only faint stripes of daylight along the sides. Widow Healey lifted her head from a mound of lotus-leaf pillows. “You have found the murderer, Chief Kurtz.”

Cinfhen Great pic and awesome photo 😎 book sounds 👍🏻 6y
Tex2Flo @Cinfhen My personal challenge is to get my pix to “speak” without stickers, maybe only filters and perhaps text. Fun to find things around the house for atmosphere. 6y

Tex2Flo @Alwaysbeenaloverofbooks Thank you. Its part of a pair of placemats made out of newspaper from SERRV.com. I find all kinds of cool stuff there. 6y
Mdargusch Great job! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 6y
Meredith3 Ooooh! I like the sound of this. The premise reminds me of the movie Seven in a way 🤔 6y

One milion stars!
Me before you is the most heartbreaking and the most beautiful story I've ever read😍 I loved every page of it. I was laughing out loud and crying. And at the end was ugly cry😢 It is such an emotional story. I highly recommended it. I love the movie too.

This book taught me some things: 1. I don't care for page after page description of the finer bits of architecture. 2. I don't care for prolonged dialogue on church gossip, papal law and its interpretation, and who the pope's favorites are. 3. I like plot that moves along, but I hate when it gets disrupted by either 1 or 2.

thec0zy I felt exactly the same. It did not keep my interest at all. Props to you for finishing it! 7y
DragonSadhana @thec0zy I figured I couldn't be the only one! I did skim pages from time to time, particularly if they were 1 or 2. 😆 7y

I loved the first book in this series and the second one was just as good. Lockwood, Lucy and George are great characters and I love the sarcastic banter between them. This series is spooky, fun, and sometimes gory. Each book deals with a new case, however there are continuing story lines so read them in order. I read/listened to this one and either medium is great. Read in March. #LRC8 #morethan400pages

Obviously they didn't have Litsy 😉 This book was great! Not usually into the utopia sci-fi but this kept me interested and now makes me feel weird posting anything to social media. The character Mae was super annoying and self-centered but that's the problem with society and it's fitting to the story. It's engaging all the way till the end! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️#481pages #morethan400pages #litsyreadingchallenge

Finally had the chance to finish this on the bus to the studio yesterday, and it blew me away even though I've read it before. I love this world and the characters, and Taylor's writing is actually magical. I highly recommend this to everyone! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ #epicreadsmadlibs #singularnoun @EpicReads #readharderchallenge #reread @bookriot #LitsyAtoZ @BookishMarginalia #litsyreadingchallenge #morethan400pages @jessica
