Welcome to Litsy!

I downloaded a songwriting app last night on my iPad and wrote this. I added a few more verses to it this afternoon. I just got on the Garage Band app this afternoon and decided to start singing it while playing the piano. I don‘t know if it‘s really a song because it‘s not structured like a normal song and I don‘t have a song title yet. This was fun. I want to write again but I want to write about something else.

I did this writing exercise in a journal I have with writing exercises in it. I did this in the middle of the night and I enjoyed this exercise. I decided to try songwriting for the first time but I‘ve stopped and just decided to do writing exercises for a while. I‘m in a Facebook group and someone who is a songwriter recommended to me that I try free verse poetry in order to write my first song.

2. Romance: The Wedding Planner - Danielle Steel. This was my favorite book that I read in 2023.

3. I don‘t have one. I‘m not reading any ongoing series right now.

1. I just left Quebec City and Three Pines 2. I want to go to England and Scotland so badly, I‘ve read so many books and watched so many BBC shows set there and I want the full immersion experience ( I love having visited a setting irl)
