panIt's a quick read an can entertain, but the ending is so trivial... it also remind me of a bad action movie...
This is my first Mary Higgins Clark's book and it's not a masterpiece 😣 I'm not sure if I will read more by her... but maybe I will give Mary a second chance as the writing style is easy and quick to read.

Worked great for audiowork and audio cooking. Eventually I completed the ebook ;D
Fast short chapters kept the story moving steadily but it was the last quarter it turned gripping. MHC knows how to end practically every chapter with mini-cliffhangers 😁😁
3 🌟 for the Unsatisfying ending but likeable characters will see me continue with the series (next title is already loaned ;))

I figured out the ending but still an enjoyable read! Easy to follow and a decent cast of characters. Worth reading!
