I have a dairy allergy so I haven‘t had waffles in years. That is until Sunday when we were in Oregon and had breakfast at a vegetarian/vegan place! They were sooo good!

I made Norwegian waffles and they were delicious! I had some with maple syrup and some with strawberries and Greek yogurt 🍓

ravenlee My kid has no idea that some breakfast foods are for breakfast - we have omelets for dinner often, I make pancakes or waffles in bulk for dinner and throw the rest in the freezer (and then we can have them for breakfast), but I don‘t make this kind of stuff in the mornings. Who has that kind of energy at breakfast? 6y

laurieluna @Soubhiville she has a trilogy called soldiers son not related to her main series, and a short story collection called The Inheritance. She also writes under the name Meghan Lindholm. 7y
