This book was written by Fran in the 90‘s and, being a huge fan of The Nanny all my life, I have ALWAYS wanted to read it.
Finally took advantage of Amazon Prime and got me a copy. I can‘t put it down! Fran is amazing and has gone through some pretty terrible stuff in life yet - she continues to be such a positive, funny lady! ❤️

PerksOfBeingABookworm I liked The Nanny too! Have you watched Living with Fran? I didn‘t know about it until it popped up on my Hulu. I haven‘t had time to watch it, yet. 3w
darklydreaming @PerksOfBeingABookworm Yes! I‘ve seen some of it but I actually prefer her other show “Happily Divorced”. It‘s based on some of her real life (her husband and her divorced because he came out as gay - they still remain the best of friends!!) 3w
PerksOfBeingABookworm Oh, cool. I‘ll check that out too! 3w

If you are familiar with the social media star “Juggling the Jenkins” you will love this true, raw book detailing her incredible journey. If you haven‘t heard of her, I urge you to look her up! She is hilarious and real in everything she posts.

This quote sums it up. Way to go, Tiffany!! 👏❤️ Thank you for sharing your story.

A good read! Definitely had a twist that I wasn‘t expecting. Enjoyed the writing very much. I felt very connected to the characters.

“How far we will go to make others believe our side of the story.”

It also inspired me to add a ‘total eclipse‘ to my bucket list.

Lisa Gardner does it again! I have never been disappointed with her books thus far.

Flora Dane is a victim: Gardner paints a gruesome picture of Flora‘s past. But she is also a survivor. This story is about her journey to live, not only survive.

Vinny sat with (on!) me until I finished. It looks as if he approves too 😊

I‘ve learned something about myself as a reader. I prefer the “marathon” approach rather than the “sprint” to the end. Sure, I can be a fast reader but why rush it?

I have lots of things going on lately but take time to read a few chapters each day. Some days more than others. And this is okay!

I still consider myself a bookworm by my own definition.

I love this book! I love Coraline‘s bravery. It‘s quite the imaginative story.

Neil had originally started this story for his daughter but he had other projects on the go. “It was a story, I learned when people began to read it, that children experienced as an adventure, but which gave adults nightmares. It‘s the strangest book I‘ve written, it took the longest time to write, and it‘s the book I‘m proudest of.”
