This 1996 memoir had me both laughing & shedding tears. Who knew The Nanny TV show mirrored so much of Fran‘s life? Cool inside peek at how TV shows get produced. Fran‘s snapshots & snappy captions were also a hoot! Pix here include Miss Fine with Mr. Sheffield and Niles plus the two Sylvias: Fran‘s real mom and TV mom Rene Taylor. This book was written by Fran in the 90‘s and, being a huge fan of The Nanny all my life, I have ALWAYS wanted to read it.
Finally took advantage of Amazon Prime and got me a copy. I can‘t put it down! Fran is amazing and has gone through some pretty terrible stuff in life yet - she continues to be such a positive, funny lady! ❤️

darklydreaming @PerksOfBeingABookworm Yes! I‘ve seen some of it but I actually prefer her other show “Happily Divorced”. It‘s based on some of her real life (her husband and her divorced because he came out as gay - they still remain the best of friends!!) 5y
