Reread this classic, still a top read and a book I feel everyone should read one time in their life 🐷

You don't know what to read this Easter? This one is a good choice if you like a good murder mystery.
The story is complicated, and I wish this was a movie ore a video game so I could have faces to remember on all the characters. The hardest part to understand is the first chapter before you get explained the premesis of the book. I don't know how to explain the story without spoiling the story, but it was a intresting read 📖

One of my favorite books and a reread this year 🍊
It's the classic tale of boy falling in love with girl, and the story is like a modern fairytale 🧡

Think this one is a book you will love or hate, it's not for everyone. Personally I liked it a lott, and I like that Peterson always brings up facts and research for his claims. And remember the most important rule:
"12 Pet a cat when you encounter one in the street" ?

Eggs Just finished this and it‘s helping me. Glad to know someone else read it 6mo

This book has the most beautiful illustrations 💕
I grew up with Astrid Lindgren's stories, but I never knew she had such a intresting life story.
This book is for children of all ages, but I don't know how easy it is to find in other languages than Norwegian and German.

This was one of Audible's free books this month, and I thought it would be the perfect read for woman's day. But I was really disappointed after finishing it.
It started well, the story is about Marie Curie, a woman in a man's world. She lived a intresting life and was the first woman to win a Nobel price. But this book is not about all she did that was great, it's just a regular love story, the thing I find least intresting about her life🤷🏻‍♀️

I enjoyed this book so much, was sceptical at first, but was hooked from page one. Now I find myself reading about Elizabeth Taylor's 8 marriage one of the inspirations for this book.
Hope this one will be a movie in the future, simular to the movie about Sonia Henie maybe, I know I will watch it no mather what, and I usually don't like the movie if I read the book first 💚

Loved this book!
Already thinking of reading parts of it again 💖
Patti Smiths life was hard but intresting, and it's sad to read about all the fantastic artist short lives. She was the one who survived to tell parts of their stories.

Went through this book so fast! It starts as a typical love story but ends up as a abusive relationship with a lot of manipulation. Could not stop listening to this one, so if anyone has simular recommendation plis post them below! ❤️

Neverwhere | Neil Gaiman

Listened to this one as a audio book, with Neil Gaiman. I wanted to love it but wanted to bail so bad, and skipt the new chapter at the end. I don't know, I have a hard time finishing fantasy books , I feel like it should my my genera but maybe it's a reason I don't read that much fantasy.
Loved the plot twists, and the story was interesting, but my focus wandered of all the time and I needed to go back to listening again.

Norwegian book about two boys that grew up the same place as me in Norway, so I just had to read it. Loved the first half, and related so much to the story! Something that is weird because our childhood was quite different. But I got lost at the last half, it was like the author knew he had a voice and it become to political for my taste. Think it's becoming a movie, don't know if it's translated to other languages

This book was surprisingly good, picked it up because it was one of audibles free books this month but enjoyed it a lott! I'm still reading the search for Wondla and this story reminds me of this one but with a male main character, so not the best books to read at the same time 😂
In this book you follow a young boy, forced to explore new planets on his own because of a accident on his parents spaceship. And all the creatures he meets

So I read the book last year and loved it, easely one of my all times favorite books. So when the movie came out I didn't see it, because I was sure I would be disappointed. So this week I saw it on Netflix and the first part I was like "this is not that bad, I actually think it's good" but the last part made me so disappointed ? whyyyy

Callemarie My boyfriend hated it... but I went into it telling myself that there was only so much Spielberg would.be able to do with that massive world. And Cline did write the script as well.. so I was disappointed that they changed up how they found the keys... I dunno I liked it overall 9mo
ardismargrethe @Callemarie jeah, my problem was the last to keys, hated how they changed the last one, loved that part in the book but it was probably to slow 😭 9mo

Short listen, and I had problems with getting into the story (probably because I haven't read any of the other books, whuppsi), but it was interesting enough when I first did.
Don't know if I liked it enough to get the wicked king, should I?
Feel like it was better than so-so but not a pick, sometimes I wish Listy had a button for good/okei books 😅📖

The Graveyard Book | Neil Gaiman

4/5 for me this wasn't the biggest page turner, but a charming book. Liked the premise of the book, a living boy giving the powers of the dead and living in a graveyard.

ApplesandSpindles This may sound strange to say, but you may actually prefer the audio book version. Neil Gaiman reading is a divine experience. 10mo
ardismargrethe @ApplesandSpindles I have neverwhere by him in my wishlist, just didn't feel like listening to it but I probably should 😊❤️ 10mo
ApplesandSpindles @ardismargrethe If you can get your hands on any of his short story collections on audio, those are really great if you are short on time or are juggling other books. That way you can pick and choose what you want to hear, and you still get the fantastic experiencenof him reading. 😊 10mo
ardismargrethe @ApplesandSpindles that's a great idea! Bought Neverwhere now, so will probably check out the rest after that one ❤️ 10mo

This Manga is so weird, and I wasn't sure if I liked it or not, but I loved the ending, it was really moving. The illustrations is also really nice, but a little weird to draw all the main characters as birds, but the good thing is that it's easy to see witch one is who
