What an excuse to read! After he is done heading back to Hartford Hospital to get My husband to eye surgery later this afternoon. Need a little respite!

BookNAround I lived in Willimantic when I was in grad school. We were in the old armory building and our apartment was the one with the glassed in room on the roof. It‘s been a long time since I thought about that place! (edited) 6y

kspenmoll @saresmoore Really my life is not usually this crazy! My son does not drive & CT has no public transportation that does double driving time.fantastic opportunity for me, so doing it. My husband was an unexpected complication! He is home now, surgery went well. 😀 6y

ValerieAndBooks Best wishes for your son‘s job and husband‘s recovery! As for CT public transportation we recently had to buy a car for my daughter to get around at school 😟 Uber/Lyft was eating up about the same amount as a car payment would have! And older son had absolutely no problem getting around in Boston during his college years without a car. 6y
