1. Watching the eclipse in a little bit if the clouds cooperate.
2. I am a beverage goblin, so I usually have 3 different beverages going at once. Gummy nerds are my current treat of choice.
3. With a bookmark. If that's not handy, I'll use any paper that's nearby.

This is a heart rending story. I felt bad for both of the main characters. Also, lots of drama and nissed signals. This is one that kept me up 3:00 am to finish. The plot was good but the characters were fabulous. 4.5⭐️

I also added the ebook and will probably read/audio together. I have no shelf control. Not to tell on myself, I just 5 extra audio credits which are now all gone!!! 🤦‍♀️🤣🤪 2y

so-so

I stumbled across this anthology a couple of times, so I thought I give it a shot. There were some stories I liked, especially the one about domestic violence, but all in all it was just a so-so for me. Still, I like how many different ways of living and loving this book collects. It shows us that there is so much more out there and how colorful life can be.

This was my book spin for April and I have had it checked out from the library since. I haven't even cracked the thing open. I think sometimes I add books to my TBR that people are talking about but I don't really want to read? I am going to mark this as complete due to removing it from my TBR but I am just not ever going to read it (it has been on my GR list since 2019).

Am I alone in this?

5feet.of.fury Just a couple days ago, a hold for a book came in, and it sounds like some contemporary 2nd chance romance & had a blurb from CoHo …which is not really my thing. So I must have ordered it in some #LitsyMadeMeDoIt whim. So yes I do this haha

TheAromaofBooks I definitely do this!! It's part of the reason I love the library so much. Sometimes when I actually have a book in my hand, looking me in the eyes, I realize I don't actually want to read it after all! 😂 At least checking them out is good stats for our library!! 😆 2y

Kelly_the_Bookish_Sidekick Before Litsy, I was active with an online book group that skewed heavily on YA. I enjoy some of them, but then I look at a few others in my pile and wonder why I bothered to pick THAT up. 😆 2y
