AmyG The thing that helped me…after years…was Magnesium Glycinate before bed. I like the brand Pure. I take 120 mg which works for me. Some take more. 4mo

KadaGul @Sharpeipup Lately, I've been feeling a bit wiped out from work. To unwind, I‘ve enjoyed puzzles or crocheting while catching some sappy/ funny shows or listening to audiobooks. I‘m also trying to hit my daily goal of 5,000 steps, cut back on caffeine 8 hrs, and unplug from my devices 1.5 hrs before bedtime. I hope this helps. #Decompress #Goodvibesonly 4mo

KadaGul The movie didn‘t do the book justice. The book is so well written, but the movie skipped important parts and rushed through everything, turning it into more of a romance when that‘s not what it was about. 4mo
