AmyG The thing that helped me…after years…was Magnesium Glycinate before bed. I like the brand Pure. I take 120 mg which works for me. Some take more. 2w

KadaGul @Sharpeipup Lately, I've been feeling a bit wiped out from work. To unwind, I‘ve enjoyed puzzles or crocheting while catching some sappy/ funny shows or listening to audiobooks. I‘m also trying to hit my daily goal of 5,000 steps, cut back on caffeine 8 hrs, and unplug from my devices 1.5 hrs before bedtime. I hope this helps. #Decompress #Goodvibesonly 2w
