TEArificbooks Me too. Always had insomnia and my kids too. Lately though, I fall asleep easy but can‘t stay asleep. Hot flashes, tickles in my throat, sleep apnea etc. menopause really messes up my sleep patterns. 1w

When you think about PMS, pregnancy, and menopause, it really makes you wonder why it seems necessary for our hormones to bedevil us for our ENTIRE lives?!? 😡🥵🙄 1w

We do not care that we have incessantly bitched about the weather more than once. We are so damn tired of this heat dome. We do not care that (again) it will be over 100ºF on the first day of fall. We'll just continue to live inside our air-conditioned house and hope that SOMEDAY we'll get to go outside again.
