I have been ABSOLUTELY spoiled today! This is pic 1 of 3 haha. Went shopping with my mum's partner for jackets.... yes jackets and got erm..... sidetracked hahahha. First by the amazing BFG, we have here a bookmark, a glass jar that says "This is where all dreams is beggining" which you can put your dreams or money into and we have a book themed biscuit tin! Ok ok this is pic 1.
pickLove this series! This time, our fearless kitties are looking for the Orb of the present and their two friends who where kidnapped. Doubt seeps in when their friends are told by other animals that they won't be saved. Cute graphics and wonderful story.
Released in 1973, set during WW2, Carrie and her brother Nick are sent to a Welsh mining village amongst other child evacuees from London to avoid German bombings. Adventure, humour, emotions and morality feature during their time with the stern Mr Evans and his sister ‘Auntie Lou‘, their visits down to Druids Bottom and the friends they make there. The last chapter had me near to tears, I hope people still write kids books with such depth!

I love this one. We get the whole gang back together, there‘s a fun fusion of science fiction/fantasy w/ the Skeezers city, there‘s some interesting distinctions in the different magic types, & I really Iove the subplot of Ervic & the Adepts. 🌕🌕🌕🌕🌑
