Favorites: The Haar, Stay Away From Him, The Locked Ward

Here are some of the highlights for me:

• Twins - separated at birth but worked together to solve a murder.
• A psychiatric hospital - everyone is suspect and weird stuff always happens here.
• Rich vs middle class dynamics
• Every character has a questionable past and potential motive.
• The constant need to solve the puzzle while reading! #detectivemode
• Nailed the ending - which is not an easy thing to accomplish when writing a thriller.

"I just finished 'They Never Learn' by Layne Fargo, and I have to say, I couldn't put it down. The pacing was perfect, keeping me on the edge of my seat from start to finish. Despite the numerous characters, it was surprisingly easy to keep track of each one, thanks to Fargo‘s skillful delivery.

I‘m about 13 chapters in and I‘m not sure how I feel about it just yet…
