Tiffenie is a 300 year old vampire determined to stick to her principles and follow her own rules. Thanks to a black market identity, she inherits a Vermont inn. She‘s determined to live a Hallmark movie life, but vampire logistics might get in her way.

The narrator (Mia Hutchinson-Shaw) was excellent. She added a lot to my listening experience.

A super quick, gripping story.
Hill inherited his father's knack for eerie topics that makes you wonder if just maybe all of this could be real.

53/22 Last night was the fireworks night that I helped to organise. So it‘s been a busy week & I haven‘t got as much #scarathlon reading done as I would like. I learned so much about this author who is caught between 2 worlds:Myanmar culture & western culture. Her writing is beautiful & honest.The situations she finds herself in are heartfelt & comical.She writes of simple daily happenings like doing laundry & how both cultures approach this task.Her essays also contain bigger truths such as identity, racism, family, friendship. Highly recommended! These essays stayed with me for ages.

I didn‘t know how badly I needed to listen to a romcom. This book was so fun. I laughed out loud a few times. This book is your typical romcom where girl has crush on boy, they go on one date and then spend years not being in the right place, right time for each other. Human Avid Reader of picture books that fits theme needs of my second graders. This year I have a group of girls who are very into unicorns. Hence the book . It may be what I have to share with them.
