I finally remembered to take a picture of my current #Crochet shawl from the Always Austen first quarter shawl box I subscribed to through Wonderland Yarns 🧶

#showandtelltuesday I‘ve been painting the basement, the rec room? It‘s where the boys used to play video games, the exercise equipment is and the Lego sets are going to be displayed. Might be the future home to my yoga practice 🤷🏻‍♀️

I made this mimic chest with mini mimics inside for trinket trading at the Ren Faire
It's a plastic treasure chest from Dollar tree painted to look real. I lined the inside of the chest with leftover scrap fabric & made the teeth from Eva foam. The mini mimics are party favor chests with construction paper teeth. Hand drawing & cutting out the teeth took forever. But it was a huge hit.

This is made from a material that allowed me to sand off the wording and barcode.
