rubyslippersreads I‘m not sure the elf is old enough to read the “spicy, open-door” version. 😂 (edited) 6mo
BarkingMadRead @rubyslippersreads that elf is like 70-80 years old 🤣🤣 (edited) 6mo
rubyslippersreads @BarkingMadRead Okay, I guess he can be considered a “mature audience.” 🤣 6mo

There are lots of things on here that make me uncomfortable, especially if you were to combine them, like swarming insects in a small space.😆 But I don't actually worry about those things. Or it's circumstantial. Some of the stuff however is a very big problem. Like water and the germs/bacteria that lives in pools and bodies of water. Also, f*#& off with your netty pots and their brain eating bacteria.

MidnightBookGirl My friend tried to get me to use a netty pot, but I'm glad I resisted! I don't know if I'll ever swim in a lake or pond or ocean again. Give me a pool with enough chlorine to make my eyes red, please! 5y
madamereadsalot1 @MidnightBookGirl I used to be able to get in water. Then when natural bodies of water became difficult, I could manage private pools, not public. Now, I can't even do that. Taking my kids swimming is so hard b/c my anxiety is through the roof, I want to not watch but I'm afraid to not watch. Summer is hard for me. I feel like a horrible mom, my kids LOVE water. I don't even let them take baths. The process to permit even that is exhausting. 5y
Reagan Open water gives me the willies. No thank you. 5y

After a few hard months of mental health issues, I‘m finally feeling more like myself than I have in a long time. There are still some rough spots but I‘m trying to take each day one step at a time. I‘m reading again and thought I would peek in on Litsy and say hi. #MentalHealth

Taking notes tonight on anxiety and phobia. Since I‘ve become pregnant, I feel like anxiety is starting to slowly creep back into my life and I do not want that to happen. I feel like the world is out to get me and everyone hates me and I‘m usually not like that. It‘s probably my hormones but I‘m going to nip this in the bud and hopefully lose that tiny anxiety I‘ve been having 💪🏻

Hollie Good for you for being proactive and taking care of yourself. Hang in there 😘 6y
TheQuietQuill Thanks @Hollie I had anxiety before and helped myself by meditating and keeping calm, so hopefully will try that again with the help of this book 😌 6y
vkois88 It gets better! I have issues anyway, but mine got even worse during my pregnancy too. It got me down for a while, but I was able to pull through. You can do it ❤❤ 6y

CarolynM Pregnancy certainly makes you feel very vulnerable so if you've a tendency to anxiety I've no doubt you'd be feeling it. It's good you're recognising the cause as something physical. Look after yourself and seek comfort from your loved ones.❤️❤️❤️ 6y
