pickThis one is a fairly fun if a little bland Christie mystery. Poirot is back yet again, but he seems a little tired. I guess it's good he's staying busy and keeping his mind sharp, and growing marrows in the country wasn't his thing, but he tries to retire and people just keep bothering him. Maybe he could open a school to teach younger generations to solve mysteries and grow elaborate mustaches so they can fend for themselves eventually.
pickBack to work abd back to the daily commute, so I was able to finish this one this week. In general, I enjoy the Poirot novels with Ariadne Oliver as his sidekick, she is a funny and quirky character. With this novel I liked the notion of a murder happening directly under Poirot‘s nose. 🥸
pickThis was another entertaining Poirot/Ariadne Oliver pairing. They are trying to figure out the reasoning behind a very old double suicide and must track down people who might remember details about the couple. All the talk and confusion about elephants was very amusing. I love Mrs. Oliver

pickFinished another audiobook while driving through Iceland. I was thinking that this Christie murder mystery is a very psycological one which I didn‘t expect. Of course I did not see the turn coming.
I made the mistake of reading Lucy Worsley's biography of Christie before I read this. #spoileralert #oops
