#PoetryMatters Day 9: In order to #Heal his bored fish, Arthur was told by his mother to feed it a poem. Here is what he discovered about what a poem is:
“A poem is when you hear the heartbeat of a stone.”
“A poem is when words beat their wings. It is a song sung in a cage.”
“A poem, Arthur, is when you are in love and have the sky in your mouth.”
Enough fodder to heal a fish, indeed (or a tired soul).
