June #thematiccozies done. This was a fun read and I loved the scone recipes at the end.
Book 67 of the year.

This one was fun to make. Getting ready to be shipped as a thank you gift to one of our relatives.
1. Tagged book was a giveaway 😄
2. I keep a reading journal with reviews/blurbs, sometimes post reviews on Litsy, and fill out the review questionnaires on StoryGraph.

This week‘s joys are all from Malice Domestic 37.
1. Gigi Pandian was the toastmaster. She remembered me from last year, and we had a nice chat.
2. She‘s here being interviewed by next year‘s toastmaster, Ellen Byron. I got a free signed copy of the tagged book at the closing tea.
3. I reconnected with the team behind the website cozymystery.com who I met last year.
4. I registered for Malice Domestic 38. ⬇️

Fiddling with Fate is a well-written and plotted cozy mystery with unique characters and a very twisty mystery.

A little darker than a typical cozy mystery. Not a huge fan of the main character. Probably won‘t continue with the series.
A simple cozy murder mystery. The novel is set in a campground in Normal, Kentucky. The characters are “cutesy” and not very complex. I read this in a bit less than five hours. Readers who enjoy cozy mysteries, will find it an easy read. 3/5
I had been planning some cosy reading this morning but the beautiful sun was just too tempting for us. Really enjoying the tagged book which mentions this beach.
