I don‘t recommend it... I want to think that some information was missed due to it being a translated book, but it seemed so rushed that I just can‘t truly believe it. The characters have changes that simply seem too drastic as well. I feel there are many gaps in this one.

BookBabe Sorry the book was a let-down. Kitty is cute though 😻 6mo

Definitely an enjoyable read, even though some part of me thinks “why do you like it?”😹 It‘s cute, and yet it touches subjects that should be taken into consideration at all times. Also, look at how pleasing the hardcover is without the sleeve!

Originally, I thought these stories didn‘t connect, and then I was so confused when it all intertwined😹 The stories are very cute, it‘s a little nice read for Christmas time. Personally, the stories are in order of favorite to least favorite, but they‘re all good✨

CatAndKindle This is one of my favourite Christmas reads. I was surprised too when they all connected at the end.😀 8mo

Doing laundry and FINALLY finished Alex and Eliza! Can‘t really give a full on review other than this: I started this book almost around February, maybe March, and I put it down so many times. But it‘s cute, lol. Definitely got me back with my obsession of Hamilton, the Broadway musical😹

This book was so much better than the last one! Although, too sexual. A mention of it one or two times of it and I'm more than okay, but... There's sex like every ten pages (maybe not like that, but definitely felt like such). BUT THE ENDING HAD ME IN PIECES! I can only wish to have half of Aelin's mind!

Last review of the night! I had to take advantage of having signal, lol. I wanted so badly to like this book, but if the book is the story through Ursula's point-of-view, shouldn't the focus be her? I'm really disappointed with this one... iBook read.

The pages with the soundtracks are definitely fillers, but the songs I like, so I ain't mad about it. I honestly didn't know what to expect with this book. Even though I didn't like the ending chapters, which felt all thrown together, I found myself not putting down this book because it made me feel so happy, in a way! 4/5⭐️

I actually give this one 3/5⭐️, but I do suggest picking it up. I bought it after watching the movies inspired by the book, and it was quite nice seeing the backstory of these character. The thing is though, if they're villain kids, before they start doubting their lives, shouldn't they at least once feel truly "villainy"?

I truly loved the moment I finished the book- on the balcony, on a lounge chair, and the sky full of stars. Being without electricity due to the hurricane has brought a certain kind of appreciation and beauty towards surroundings. On to the book: old Jacob, I loved him! The romance was predictable, but interesting, nonetheless.

This book I just didn't understand. I felt as if the author wanted to mix a lot of things into one. It was, in my opinion, rushed and confusing. I have seen so many great reviews about it and I just don't feel the same way. If someone knows about this book, has read it, or has some comment about, please, let me know!

Lotta84 I've read this one a few times in the past 15 years, except it was the Swedish translation. It's actually one of my favorites! It's complicated in it's own way, depressing as well, but it's the first book I remember reading that portrayed time in such a powerful way. 2y
kellyannprz @Lotta84 I have been considering reading it once again, to get a better sense of it. It's just that, as you said, it's complicated in it's own way. I most definitely will give it another chance. 2y

With this one, I have to say I wasn't thrilled, but I liked it, one way or another. For the age of these characters, they felt as if they were still in their teens. I feel they weren't fully developed. But I have to say, the turn of events when they all got together, was something that took me by surprise. I would have liked more details about Tibby's character.

Read The Story of Awkward as an iBook during Hurricane Irma. Thankful that the hurricane didn't hit us full force. My thoughts and prayers to those affected by it in other islands. Now, the book- so quirky, so fun! It's all about accepting your awkwardness, accepting that which makes you different, and how can you not like that? Especially when involving fairytales, lol.
