#WontGetFooledAgain is what a lot of people might have thought after McEwan eventually came clean of his "hoax".

Apparently the case file printed in the Appendix of the book was based on the novel and part of McEwan's fiction, but a lot of people thought it was real. A bit of research could have cleared this up.

I read this play in college and all I remember was a cowboy guy lassoing bedposts. Doesn't sound like a play I'd rush to see now, but I like everything by Sam Shepard that I do remember, so maybe I should? 🤠

Theaelizabet Saw this Off-Broadway in...1984? But not with these two. By the time I got there it was Aiden Quinn and Moira Harris, and it was fantastic. 5y
