I didn't think I would have nearly as many books for #redandblack as I did, this is only a handful of them! #colormepretty #monday

Another #audiowalk this sunny #Monday morning! ☀️

Zeus and I scoured the neighborhood for beasts, curiosities, and oddities on #WizardsUnite and came across quite a few! 🐶🧙🏻‍♀️

P.S. The music from the app makes for a lovely background sound while listening to the audio. 🎧📖

Paper Towns | Green, John

Just finished this one and, honestly? It was a lot better than I thought it was going to be. I'm usually not a fan of John Green, but this one was pretty good. Maybe I'll give the rest of his stuff another shot - would like to see some more diversity in his work, though.

MelissaSue81 Oh that‘s great to hear. I‘ve kind of hated the last couple John green books I‘ve read but picked this one up at a used book sale this weekend, and I thought maybe I was just torturing myself. 3mo
Demeter2112 @MelissaSue81 I feel ya. I've only ever read Looking For Alaska before, and it came off as a... Catcher In The Rye kinda book, in a bad way. I liked this one a lot more, thankfully. 3mo
MelissaSue81 @Demeter2112 - omg! I feel exactly the same way about Looking For Alaska. HATED it. I also read Turtles all the way down which was better, but just not believable. I read Fault in Our Stars ages ago and it was fine but didn‘t live up to the hype for me. 3mo
Demeter2112 @MelissaSue81 I'm glad it's not just me. Lol. It felt kinda pretentious... Good to know about the other books. I haven't read either one - but maybe I'll give The Fault in Our Stars a shot someday. I have a copy, it's just a matter of actually reading it. 3mo
