SeaToSkyes @wanderinglynn yes! One that I looked at only had quotes from other authors or from like book reviews on it. That doesn't help at all! 13mo

The_Penniless_Author Lol, Slate just ran an article about this very subject. Apparently, book descriptions are now calibrated to trigger certain algorithms that help them get noticed on social media. Kind of like the 50-word-long subtitles many non-fiction books have now to optimize their Amazon search results. 13mo
