(Per daughter‘s request because the sugar cancels the zucchini as a vegetable. Chocolate chips will make it a bonafide dessert.)

Visiting with my kids in Halifax and had coffee at the most adorable new spot, Crème. The high tea menus were in the books- see The Scarlet Letter pic- and when you opened the book, a butterfly flew out. Such a pretty spot and the desserts were yummy!

Tamra @Christine all of the recipes are easy to follow and not demanding. Definitely for the home baker with average skills. I also like to support King Arthur products because the company is employee owned. 😁 You can find a lot of recipes on their website. (edited) 7mo

Potato Chip Cookies (‘Kettle Cooked‘ and with oats)
This is quirky and I love it! They‘re chewy from the oats but crunchy. Sweet, but salty. I used the longer cook time because I prefer crunchy cookies.
Tweaks: I cut the sugar in half.
