Now that the #LitsySciFiBookClub pick has finally been announced, I've updated my #DecemberTBR list. I also included a new book which funnily enough is about a cat. As if my tbr list wasn't optimistic enough for a busy month 😅 I blam... I mean, thank @Kenyazero for sharing what seems like a very irresistible read.

pickA dark time travel/historical fiction story of a woman who is forcibly transported from 1976 to the antebellum south Maryland. There are layers upon layers to this story, and I highly recommend going in knowing little. I really enjoyed this, though definitely not an easy read. 4.5⭐️
