The Good Nurse: A True Story of Medicine, Madness, and Murder | Charles Graeber

This is one of my favorite #TrueCrime books. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone to read (healthcare related or not!) it would just make me so mad about how this man got away with so much for so long! ... Well, I just watched the NETFLIX; show of it. Of course, it wasn't the “same“ as just how horrendous he was, but I am glad they made a movie version so others (nonreaders can know the story) #CrimeADay

ElizaMarie @AkashaVampie so, the documentary was probably better than the movie. The Movie was good, but the book went so much more into how much he got away with and how corrupt everything was that allowed him to jump from job to job. The documentary probably did a better job with that than the movie. (if you get a hold of the book, that is the best option) 1y

Ha. She speaks so true to my heart. We all fall into True Crime for different reasons, but it does help us feel empowered. We feel for the victims, we question how people can be so horrible to each other; it just goes so much deeper than chisme.
