Tagged is one of my favorite books in my favorite children's series by Mercer Meyer. I can't wait to read it to Michael when he comes to visit!

1. A few years ago we started doing Lobsters for Christmas Dinner 🦞 so that‘s been our family‘s new tradition. Def 1 I look forward to.
2. I love the Word Search.
3. Book + blanket + boozy hot cocoa with cookies in the oven. I only have a fake tree now, I used to like a real tree so maybe an evergreen candle too

Yesterday at the op shop. I rescue Little Golden Books. They were my first books growing up in a small town in New England in the 50s. I wouldn't part with them when we sailed for Australia . I still have them and now many many more. ☺️.

I think this book would be good as a lesson to children about removing themselves from a situation that can cause them to become overwhelmed, Although its not always possible to go the beach there are ways to find a place that helps find each persons calm

This story was a feel good book about a dachshund who takes a break from the city to explore the beach, this story is about finding a place to relax and unwind

This would be a great book to use with new or struggling readers. The illustrations help create a story that suck you in without having to read words at all.
