Here are the classics I currently have on my shelf, I‘m hoping to read 12 classics this year, though aside from Little Women, there are no specific ones I HAVE to read this year. I would like to get to Don Quixote, and probably reread The Old Man and the Sea, and Of Mice and Men, but we‘ll see where the year takes us.

CBee Can‘t recommend The Bell Jar enough - one of my favorites of all time ♥️ 2y
Roary47 Ooo Nice stack! 😍 2y
shortsarahrose I enjoyed Dr Jekyl and Mr Hyde 2y

kamoorephoto Dracula is a favorite of mine but I‘ve read it a few times...The Invisible Man might be a good one to try! 4y
Butterfinger I'm aiming for Dracula and North and South. I'm halfway through The Devil Wears Prada. School is kicking my hindend. 4y
AsYouWish @kamoorephoto @Butterfinger I have read Dracula and multiple versions of Dracula (my college senior thesis paper was on Vlad the Impaler and his impact on vampires today, I got to read a lot of vampire books and watch lots of films and shows). I had forgotten about the Invisible Man, so for now I am sticking to North and South. 4y

Hey Group C I was looking at possible choices for the next round of LMPBC. Any strong feelings about these four books?

KT1432 I'm good with any! But I've really been wanting to read (edited) 5y
TheAromaofBooks OOoo I'm with @lele1432 - The Call of the Wild does sound good, and I haven't read it since maybe 7th grade. The Secret Garden is an old favorite that I always love to reread as well. I'll try to post my options tomorrow!!! 5y
lover.of.the.classics I have never heard of F. Scott Fitzgerald book, I have read The Call of the Wild and The Secret Garden, and I have been wanting to read Walden. So I am happy and willing to read any of the 4 you have there. 5y
lover.of.the.classics Although I am less enthusiastic about The Beautiful and the Damned. 5y
Bookwormjillk The Call of the Wild it is! 5y
