“The Circle‘s power has lured her home...”

Cassie and her mother move from their home in sunny California to a gloomy little town in New England called, New Salem. Cassie longs for her old life and friends back on the the west coast, but there is something about this new town that makes her feel connected. This book is full of mystery, magic, and teenage angst. I watched the show before I knew there was a book. As always, the book was better.

Starting The Secret Circle. I remember when the tv show came, but never realized it was a book series. Definitely a #blameitonlitsy moment when I bought these. 🤗📖✨

I found this and the second volume at the second hand bookshop (for two bucks!) and I remembered enjoying the show, so I grabbed it.
The writing is just ok, but the story is intriguing!

#ShhSecrets #AwesomeAutumnBooks Here are the books on my shelves that have the word secret in them. Everyone in these books also has a secret they don‘t want to share.

This was one of my most favorite series' as a teen! Terrible covers and all! A girl discovers and comes into her own powers when her family moves to New Salem and finds herself embroiled in murder, magic, and witchy machinations! I recently reread these, and was pleased to find that the books stand the test of time and are still among my favorites!
